Radiobrain

Radiobrain is the term I've created to describe the never-ending, continuous play music going on in my brain. No matter what time of day or night it is, whether I'm awake or, presumably, asleep (since it's apparent as I'm waking up), there it is: MUSIC in my head. At 3:15 this morning when I woke up to let the cat in or out of the room (it's a little fuzzy for me), the Black-Eyed Peas were singing loud and clear "No, no, no, no, baby, no, no, no, no, don't lie . . ." Right now it's Maroon 5 with "This Love." Honestly, it's always something. Sometimes it's an EP version of the Hora or the Mexican Hat Dance; other times it's showtimes. The radio in my head plays all the words, too, but I can't always sing along.

Question for the day: Is it just me, or does everyone have this going on in some quadrant of their brain?

All I wanna do
This morning I woke up hearing Sheryl Crow singing "All I wanna do." I wasn't listening to a radio, my ipod, my computer, or the stereo. It was all in my head. I like that song, but I have no idea why it was in my head this morning.

Glad to hear I'm not necessarily alone. And your choice beats "Confessions, Part II" by Usher, which has been rolling along in my head all morning. And I don't even really like that song.
